Returns & Exchanges
Every design 25.07 piece is handmade in our atelier and carefully packed before it ships. If something isn't right with your order, here is how we'll fix it.
1. Damaged or defective items
- Please report any item that arrives damaged or defective within 48 hours of delivery.
- Email clear photos of the item and the packaging, together with your order number, to social@design2507.com.
2. Right of withdrawal (15 days)
You may cancel your purchase within 15 days of delivery without giving a reason. Just let us know by email. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
3. Sending a return
- Within Türkiye, approved returns and exchanges are sent with PTT Kargo, cash on delivery (receiver pays). We cover the return shipping.
- For international orders, please contact us before sending anything back and we'll agree on the best shipping method together.

4. Exchanges and refunds
Once your return reaches us and has been checked, we complete your exchange or refund within 7 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method; the time it takes to appear depends on your bank.
5. Non-returnable items
- Personalised or made-to-order pieces (name, logo, colour or size), unless damaged or defective
- Used, washed or damaged items
- Gift cards and workshop / event tickets that have been used
Small variations in colour, texture and size are part of the nature of handmade work, not defects.
