How do I return an item?
1. Email social@design2507.com with your order number within 15 days of delivery.
2. Once approved, send the item back. Within Türkiye, use PTT Kargo, cash on delivery (we pay the shipping). For international orders, we'll agree on the best shipping method together.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Email social@design2507.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging and your order number. We'll replace it or refund you.

Everything is handmade; orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay securely with any of the methods shown at checkout. We never see your card details.
Can I order a personalised or custom piece?
Yes. For names, logos or custom colours, email social@design2507.com. Personalised items can't be returned unless damaged or defective.
Do you offer corporate gifts and workshops?
Yes: branded gift boxes, bulk orders, and ceramics, leather and watercolour workshops. See Corporate & Workshops.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, the design 25.07 gift card is delivered by email. Gift cards are non-refundable.
How should I care for my items?
Leather: Wipe with a damp cloth, avoid prolonged contact with water and direct sun.
Ceramic: Hand washing is recommended; avoid sudden temperature changes.
Wood: Wipe with a damp cloth and dry immediately; not dishwasher safe. Oil occasionally with food-safe oil.
Will my item look exactly like the photo?
Each piece is handmade, so small variations in colour, texture and size are natural and not defects.
